"Chardonnay" Toscana Bianco IGT

Delight in every sip of this enjoyable and easy to drink Chardonnay from Tuscan producer Buccia Nera. Buccia Nera, Chardonnay IGT 2021 is made from internationally renowned Chardonnay grapes. Grapes are harvested and gently pressed before the must undergoes a cool 48-hour maceration at 5°C. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 18°C over nearly three weeks, followed by natural malolactic fermentation. Thanks to extended aging it develops complexity and minerality. The wine displays a bright yellow hue with greenish undertones. On the nose, intense and well-defined aromas of mint and eucalyptus meld with fresh tropical fruit notes. The palate reveals remarkable balance: smooth and warm, yet tempered by crisp acidity. A notably long finish emphasizes mineral and saline characteristics. This wine is perfect for any situation, whether it's enjoyed as an accompaniment to fish or cheese, or simply savoured on its own.
