Italian wine
The Italian artisanal wines are authentic expressions of the territory, produced respecting the rhythms of nature. Based on the rejection of synthetic chemical products, such as pesticides or herbicides, and increasingly focused on the enhancement of indigenous grape varieties, more traditional forms of farming and older vineyards. Vinification is carried out with minimum intervention, favouring spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeasts or other additives. This gives rise to the best Italian natural wines.
