This policy outlines the shipping and delivery process of Viticolo.ch - Belli Selection. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time by revising this page. Please review this page periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

1) Shipping Country 

Viticolo.ch currently serves any desired address within Switzerland. Delivery service is facilitated through one of the following couriers:

• Vinolog (Posta)
• DHL

2) Shipping Fees, Taxes, and Duties

Delivery for orders above CHF 80.- is free of charge. Orders up to CHF 79.95 are subject to a shipping fee of CHF 9.-

3) Delivery Time and Tracking

Our aim is to dispatch your purchase order within the business days following receipt of payment. Please note that safety and fraud checks for first-time orders may cause delays in shipping.

Orders are processed during our primary service hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT+1. Orders placed from Friday after 11:00 a.m. GMT+1 to Sunday will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery typically occurs within approximately 5 (five) business days from shipment. Estimated transit time does not account for potential delays caused by factors such as, but not limited to, adverse weather, customs procedures, or strikes. Additionally, Viticolo is not liable for shipping delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

During promotional events (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Sales), orders may take up to an additional 48 hours for delivery.
