ENJOY PROMPT DELIVERY

Your selected wines will be carefully packed and delivered directly to your door. Orders placed before 2 pm will reach you within 48 hours. For orders after this time, expect delivery within 72 hours. If you're in Zurich, take advantage of our 24-hour wine delivery service! Deliveries outside Zurich are sent via post with a tracking link provided through email.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you need to return unopened wines for any reason contact us at orders@viticolo.ch with the following details:

  • Order number 
  • Reason of the return

Return and Exchange conditions: 

  • All products must be returned in their original condition, without having been altered in any way
  • All products must be returned using original packages both internal and external.

You have 7 (seven) calendar days - from the day you have received the order - to submit a return request. If this time frame is not respected, your request is not eligible for refund, unless or eventually accepted at the discretion of viticolo.

We try our best to accept all returns however if a product is received in an unsuitable condition we have to decline the return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To ensure a safe arrival of your products to our warehouse you should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without having confirmation from us via email. Returns of products not previously authorized by Viticolo will be refused and not refunded. 

Once your return is received at the Viticolo warehouse a quality check is performed. The products which are not opened and as originally sent will be eligible for a refund. You will receive confirmation of the approval or rejection of your request by email.

Our goal is to process the refund within the business day after the quality check is completed. 

The refund is always credited to the payment with which the original purchase was made. You acknowledge and accept that It may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on the payment method to perform.
