Podere Casaccia, "Ut Bibendum 2018" is a natural red wine obtained from a blend of 4 native grapes: Canaiolo, black Malvasia, and Pugnitello. The grapes come from old 50-year-old vineyards raised in biodynamic, located at about 160 meters above sea level on soils rich in clay, silt, and sand. Spontaneous vinification with 48-hour maceration.
