The aromatic Minutolo has been grown in Puglia since the 13th century. This vine, due to its low productivity, was in danger of extinction. At the beginning of 2000 thanks to the work of some oenologists and producers, it was recovered. The Fiano Minutolo is an aromatic grape that could well be in the company of the Gewurztraminer of Malvasia and Moscati, to which it resembles some sensations.
