Created during the harvest of 2019 for the first time using Ciliegiolo grapes. The Ciliegiolo vine gets its name from the colour and the characteristic aroma reminiscent of cherries. The taste of "Confondo" Toscana Rosso IGT is very delicate but with persistent bubbles, fresh and savory with good length. Red fruits return at the aftertaste and finish. The mouth remains pleasantly dry and clean. Best paired with pizza with various fillings, a plate of shellfish or mixed seafood, fried fish, and battered deep-fried vegetables.
