Bruschetta is a nice starter to any meal because it is easy to make and packs great flavours. Making bruschetta is very easy and takes just a few minutes. The bread is lightly toasted so that it is able to soak the liquid from the topping a little better plus it makes it taste better too. Truffle Bruschetta by Savini Tartufi is a sauce made with very fine tomato pulp and truffle. It can be used without cooking to create delicious canapes and bruschetta for your truffle appetizers and aperitifs or as pasta sauce, but it can perfectly withstand the high temperatures of oven cooking which makes it perfect also as a topping for pizza. The truffle used for this preparation is Tuber aestivum Vitt., commonly known as Summer Truffle or Black Scorzone Truffle.
