Vermentino 2017 I Mandorli

There is one white grape variety that feels at home near the coast, Vermentino. It can be used to produce mineral, juicy white wines like I Mandorli, Vermentino IGT, that smell of summer grass, quince and pear. Not only the solar cycle but also the lunar cycle are of great importance to establish the various phases of work in the vineyard. Grape harvest is of course done strictly by hand.
